Welcome to the Graduate Institute of Management of Technology (MOT). Housed in the AACSB Member College of Business, the institute seeks to provide innovative solutions to business and technology management problems that challenge modern industries in an ever-more globalized and digital economy.

The institute places great emphasis on teaching. Besides being great researchers, our faculty focuses on teaching excellence. The results from our research are transferred to students through constant updating of the curriculum. We provide our students knowledge and applications with (1) the necessary technology and business management, and services management skill sets, (2) major functional areas such as marketing, IT, R&D, NPD, etc. in a business, and (3) communications, team-work, and leadership skills. Our graduates are in high value by employers.

Our faculty maintains close relationships with the industry and government agencies through consultancy projects. They view that academic theories need to be applicable to real-business situations in order to be relevant and useful.
